FAIRFIELD, CT – June 7, 2010 – Brett A. Sherman, CCIM, Senior Vice President of Angel Commercial L.L.C., a Fairfield-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced today that Herbert J. Sims & Company, Inc. has signed a long-term lease for 9,415 square feet of space at 2150 Post Road in Fairfield, Connecticut.  Herbert J. Sims & Company, Inc., a 70-year-old investment banking firm and fixed income financial services brokerage with eight locations nationwide, will be moving their headquarters in September of 2010.

Davis Marcus Partners manages the 46,424 square foot multi-tenanted building.  Herbert J. Sims & Co. will join other tenants, including the Bank of Fairfield and EMC, in the building.
