70 Chambers Street, Fairfield, CT  – Phoenix Audio Video of Fairfield has purchased 70 Chambers Street in Fairfield, Connecticut for $1,200,000.  The former site of Patrick Baker & Sons, Phoenix Audio Video will fully renovate and occupy the 7,304 square foot two-story building, which they will use for a showroom and warehouse.  Jon Angel, President of Angel Commercial L.L.C., and Brett A. Sherman, CCIM, Senior Vice President of Angel Commercial L.L.C., represented the buyer in this transaction.

60 Research Drive, Milford, CT –  RoadWerx, Inc., a national event marketing and management company has leased 12,000 square feet of flex space at 60 Research Drive in Milford, Connecticut.  Jon Angel, President of Angel Commercial L.L.C., represented both the landlord and tenant in the negotiations.

2307 Post Road, Fairfield, CT – Brooks, Torrey & Scott, Inc. has purchased 2307 Post Road in Fairfield, Connecticut for $1,350,000.  The 7,500 square foot building located at the corner of Sasco Hill Road in the Southport section of Fairfield, has historically been a mixed use development but the new owners will be completing extensive renovations and utilizing the building as owner occupied office space.  Jon Angel, President of Angel Commercial L.L.C., and Brett A. Sherman, CCIM, Senior Vice President of Angel Commercial L.L.C., were the exclusive listing agents for the property.

480 Lordship Boulevard, Stratford, CT – All My Son’s Moving & Storage, Inc, with locations in 40 states, has leased 11,192 square feet of light industrial/warehouse space at 480 Lordship Boulevard in Stratford, Connecticut.  The building, originally constructed for GE Supply, has approximately 15,000 square feet of remaining space available for lease.  Jon Angel, President of Angel Commercial L.L.C., represented both the landlord and tenant in the negotiations.

2150 Post Road, Fairfield, CT – Herbert J. Sims & Company, Inc. has entered into a long term lease for 9,542 square feet of Class A office space at 2150 Post Road in Fairfield, Connecticut.  This transaction brings the 50,000 square foot building to 100% occupancy.  Brett A. Sherman, CCIM, Senior Vice President of Angel Commercial L.L.C., represented the tenant in the negotiations.

4 Stamford Plaza, Stamford, CT – Noble Americas Corporation leased an additional 5,601 square feet of Class A office space at 4 Stamford Plaza in Stamford, Connecticut.  This expansion, combined with their recent initial long-term lease of 33,364 square feet brings their total usage in the building to 38,965 square feet.  Brett A. Sherman, CCIM, Senior Vice President of Angel Commercial L.L.C., represented the tenant in both negotiations.
