One Solution Services has leased ±3,500 square feet of office/warehouse space at 626 Surf Avenue, Stratford, CT.  Relocating from Fairfield, the new, larger corporate headquarters was chosen to better serve their clientele and meet the needs of their growing business.  Founded in 1999, One Solution Services provides quality commercial cleaning and comprehensive facility services to clients in the commercial, corporate, educational, governmental, medical, and industrial markets throughout Connecticut and lower New York State.  Jon Angel of Angel Commercial represented both parties in this transaction.
