DaVita, Inc., a Fortune 500 company providing dialysis services, has recently leased 9,500 square feet of office/medical space at 427 Stillson Road in Fairfield.   With over 1,300 outpatient dialysis facilities and acute units in over 700 hospitals, DaVita is the largest independent provider of dialysis services in the United States.  According to DaVita’s Regional Director of Real Estate, “the site was selected due to its convenient access to both the Merritt Parkway and I-95 and the ability for both patients and staff to be within walking distance of banks, restaurants, and shopping on Black Rock Turnpike. Jon Angel of Angel Commercial, LLC  represented the landlord in the negotiations.  The new location has gone through an extensive renovation over the past eighteen months which includes, but is not limited to, a new gurney-ready elevator, new handicap access, installation of a new sprinkler system, new parking lot, a full landscape plan, and new a new glass atrium entrance.  According to Jon Angel of Angel Commercial, LLC,  this transaction now brings the building to 100% occupancy.
