A Fresh & Anew Outreach Ministries has entered into a long-term lease at 2407 Fairfield Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.  The 8,000 square foot building was chosen for its highly visible corner location, abundant parking, and close proximity to I-95. The Ministry, formerly housed on State Street, has been serving the Bridgeport community for many years.  Syd Gordon of Angel Commercial, LLC, represented both parties in this transaction.
