Automotive Restorations has sold 1773-1785 Barnum Avenue, Stratford, CT, an auto sales and repair facility relocating from Norwalk, CT.  The 10,304 square foot building was chosen for its close proximity to Exit 32 off I-95 and for Stratford’s reputation as a “business-friendly environment”.  Brett Sherman of Angel Commercial, LLC represented both parties.  This transaction follows Automotive Restorations’ purchase of 100 Lupes Drive, Stratford, CT, where they have relocated their facility to the 40,000 square foot industrial building. The need for additional space due to their growing business was cited as the reason for the move.   Jon Angel of Angel Commercial, LLC represented the seller in this transaction.
