CT Fund for the Environment Moves to Larger Space in New Haven, CT
New Haven, CT – APRIL 14, 2016 – Lester Fradkoff, Senior Vice President of Southport-based Angel Commercial, L.L.C., announces the long-term lease of 8,400 square feet of office space located at 900 Chapel Street in New Haven, Connecticut. The space was leased by Connecticut Fund for the Environment, which moved its headquarters from Temple Street to 900 Chapel Street on April 1, 2016.
Connecticut Fund for the Environment and its bi-state program, Save the Sound, work to protect and improve the land, air, and water of Connecticut and Long Island Sound.
“Connecticut Fund for the Environment required larger office space to accommodate their recent expansion,” states Fradkoff. “900 Chapel Street had the office space they needed in the right location. Their new headquarters is in a premier downtown location across from the walkable New Haven Green. With convenient access to the train station and bus transit, lots of natural sunlight, a full-time concierge, and a fully-equipped fitness center, 900 Chapel Street offers everything the Connecticut Fund for the Environment was looking for.”
Lester Fradkoff represented the tenant in this transaction.
