Cimbali, USA Inc will occupy approximately 3,600 SF as their US headquarters.  Cimbali is a manufacturer of premium espresso and cappuccino machines with operations in more than 100 countries.  Ifficient Inc, an internet marketing company based out of Denver, CO, will occupy approximately 2,400 SF.
