Westport, CT – April 19, 2013 – Brett A. Sherman CCIM, Senior Vice President of Angel Commercial L.L.C., a Fairfield-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, announces the lease of 2,695 SF of class A office space at 33 Riverside Avenue, Westport, CT  to Ridgebury Tankers LLC.

33 Riverside Avenue will be the corporate headquarters for the newly founded Ridgebury Tankers, a deep-sea shipping company, which recently raised $205 million to acquire a fleet of mid-size Suezmax tankers to carry both clean/refined products as well as crude oil. The company estimates that it will purchase 12 to 15 vessels in the next six months.

Sherman represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
