New Communication LLC, a Verizon Wireless Zone Premium Retailer, has leased 6,700 square feet of retail/office space at 79 Washington Avenue in North Haven from Citibank, NA. The former bank location will be the newest Verizon Wireless Zone retail location as well as serve as corporate headquarters for New Communication LLC. The site was chosen based on its strong visibility on Route 5 and its location within an established retail center with Super Stop & Shop as the anchor tenant. Wireless Zone is the largest wireless communication franchise in America. Founded in 1988 as “The Car Phone Store”, Wireless Zone now has over 280 franchise locations in 16 states.
