Retail Building in Fairfield, CT, Sells for $735,000
FAIRFIELD, CT – FEBRUARY 18, 2019 – A fully-leased retail property located at 1485 Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield, CT, has sold for $735,000, announced Jon Angel, President of Angel Commercial, L.L.C., a commercial real estate firm based in Southport, CT.
