STRATFORD, CT – November 29, 2010 – Queue, Inc. has signed two long-term leases for property in Stratford, Connecticut, securing over 16,000 square feet.  The majority of the leased space will serve as an office and storage facility at 70-80 Hathaway Drive, while industrial applications will take place one mile away at 584 Surf Avenue.  Jon Angel, President of Angel Commercial L.L.C., represented both landlord and tenant in negotiations for 70-80 Hathaway Drive in addition to representing Queue in securing 584 Surf Avenue.  The new Stratford locations are conveniently located to I-95 and better suit Queue’s space requirements.

Successfully operating for over 20 years, Queue, Inc. publishes and distributes educational software and workbooks to educators, specifically materials for state testing, in the subjects of mathematics, reading, social studies, science, and language arts.
