The new owner will occupy the entire 2,494 SF building and launch an organic vegetarian café named Organika. This self-service style café will offer an extensive salad bar, cooked vegetarian dishes, homemade soups and a juice bar to promote healthy eating.

Organika plans to open in April 2016 serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
