Mr. Handyman of Upper Fairfield County Expands into Stratford, CT
STRATFORD, CT – August 6, 2014 –Angel Commercial L.L.C., announces the sale of 165 Benton Street, a 3,300 SF industrial building and 0.31 acres of vacant land adjacent to the building, in Stratford, CT to Mr. Handyman of Upper Fairfield County from Modern Welding for $500,000.00.
Modern Welding owned and operated as a welding service company for 36 years from this Benton Street location. The sale of the property marks the end of a successful and respected business in the area.
Mr. Handyman of Upper Fairfield County has been servicing Greater Fairfield County since 2004 with a Fairfield location, and this acquisition results in a second office in Fairfield County.
“Mr. Handyman was looking for a Stratford location and this property offered them the space and parking they required for their expanding business”, states Brett A.
