Darien, CT – August 10, 2012 – Jon Angel, President of commercial real estate company Angel Commercial, announces the long-term lease of 1,800 SF at 15 Corbin Drive, Darien, to Mathnasium, a franchised math learning center.

Due to the success of Mathnasium of Fairfield, David Lubner, owner/center director of the Fairfield location, chose to open a second Fairfield County center in Darien.

“I chose Darien because I believe it is a community that values education and their children’s wellbeing.  It was a real pleasure working with Angel Commercial.   It felt like they were looking out for my best interests as well as their clients”, states Lubner.

Mathnasium specializes in teaching math skills to students from pre-school through to college. Students follow a program designed for their own individual needs and receive one-on-one guidance from a qualified Mathnasium tutor.

“15 Corbin Drive is an excellent location for Mathnasium and there is ample space within the property to accommodate the learning center’s requirements”, comments Angel, who represented the landlord.
