LNL Building Products, Inc. has leased 38,000 square feet of warehouse space from Wampus Milford Associates LLC at 80 Wampus Lane in Milford, CT.  LNL provides premium stair products to the millwork industry.  The space is to be used as a distribution center as well as a corporate and sales office.  Angel Commercial, LLC, represented the tenant in this transaction.
