Bridgeport, CT – July 22, 2015 – Jon Angel, President Angel Commercial LLC, a Southport-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, announces the sale of 2.044 acres of industrial land located at 2135 Commerce Drive, Bridgeport and 1 & 5 Commerce Drive, Fairfield, CT (aka 1 Commerce Drive, Fairfield) for $2.65 million to One Commerce Drive, LLC, operating as Land Rover and Jaguar.

This parcel is the final remaining acreage of the former Connecticut Limo site. The purchase will relocate Land Rover of Milford to a new 18,752 SF sales and service facility, designed by Phil Cerrone, Architect. In addition to Land Rover inventory, the new premises will cater to the sales and service of Jaguar vehicles and be called Jaguar Land Rover Centre.

Over the past decade, Commerce Drive has been redeveloped into an automotive dealership destination. Land Rover and Jaguar will join Audi, Porsche, and Infiniti, Mercedes, and the planned Hyundai dealerships, strengthening the street as an automotive retail hub.
