EAO Switch Corporation, the world’s largest privately held switch company, has solidified its presence in Connecticut with its lease of ±25,000 square feet at 100 Washington Street in Milford.  The combination office/industrial space houses both their US corporate headquarters as well as a manufacturing facility. For over 50 years, EAO has been a leading international manufacturer of highly reliable and award-winning switch controls, keyboard and keypads, and custom assemblies.  Jon Angel of Angel Commercial, LLC represented both EAO Switch and the landlord, K-C Cubed, in the negotiations.
