South Norwalk, CT – March 28, 2012 –Angel Commercial L.L.C., announces the sale of 6,000 SF office space within the commercial condominium building located at 16-18 Ann Street to Inspira Marketing for $999,000.

Brett A. Sherman, CCIM, Senior Vice President of Angel Commercial, represented the purchaser, and the transaction was completed with cooperation from First Niagara Bank.
