Black Forest Kitchens recently purchased 690 Surf Avenue, Stratford, CT from Bremser Technologies.  Black Forest Kitchens, relocating from Bridgeport, will utilize the 3200 square foot industrial building for cabinet manufacturing.  Related to this transaction, Bremser Technologies relocated its headquarters with the purchase of 305 Sniffens Lane, Stratford, CT.  A family-owned and operated machine shop since 1986, Bremser Technologies chose the recently renovated 8,160 square foot building to accommodate their need for additional space, its close proximity to I-95, and their desire to stay in the “business-friendly” town of Stratford.  Brett Sherman of Angel Commercial, LLC represented all parties in these transactions.
