466 Lafayette Realty Corporation recently sold 461 Broad Street, Bridgeport, CT to 461 Broad Street LLC for $1,825,000.  A portion of the 60,000 square foot industrial building was leased back to 466 Lafayette Realty Corp for use as a warehouse distribution center.  416 Broad Street LLC is also occupying a portion of the building and approximately 40,000 square feet of space is currently available for lease.  Jon Angel of Angel Commercial, LLC represented both parties in this transaction and has been retained by 461 Broad Street, LLC as the exclusive leasing agent for the building.
