“Our firm recently executed the sale of the building to the current owner, Julian Enterprises,” states Jon Angel, President of Angel Commercial, L.L.C., who represented the landlord in both transactions.

The two new tenants are Convexity Scientific Inc. who leased 3,072 SF of space for their new headquarters, and Wise Language Services, LLC who leased the remaining 1,775 SF.
