F45 Training Launches in Connecticut at the Fairfield Shopping Center
FAIRFIELD, CT – May 1, 2017 – F45, the world’s fastest-growing functional training network, will be opening their first training facility in Connecticut at the Fairfield Shopping Center announced Jon Angel, President of Southport-based Angel Commercial, L.L.C. “Pier Way Partners LLC have leased 2,699 SF of retail space at 915-919 Post Road in Fairfield, Connecticut, for a F45 Training Center,” states Angel who represented both the tenant and landlord in this transaction.

F45 Training offers a 45-minute, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that is designed to burn over 750 calories, using a combination of strength and cardio. They will be joining Bob’s Store, HobbyTown USA, ZenRide Spinning Studio, Jenny Craig, and others in the Fairfield Shopping Center located at the corner of Route 1 and South Benson Road.
