FAIRFIELD, CT – SEPTEMBER 25, 2017 –First Selectman, Mike Tetreau cut the ribbon at the grand opening celebration at F45 Fairfield USA on Saturday, Sept. 23, 2017, at 915-917 Post Road in the Fairfield Shopping Center

Founded in Australia in 2014, F45 training has since grown to more than 750 franchises in 26 countries and is now focusing on U.S. expansion. They offer a 45-minute, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that is designed to burn over 750 calories, using a combination of strength and cardio. “All new clients receive a 2-week free trial,” states Rachel Darden, F45 Fairfield USA co-owner.
