Electrical Wholesalers, Inc., a wholesale electrical parts supplier, has leased over 12,000 square feet of warehouse/industrial space at 60 Shelter Rock Road in Danbury, CT.  Relocating from a smaller space within Danbury, the company’s continued growth necessitated the expansion and relocation.  With facilities from Maine to Florida and a 150,000 square foot distribution center in MA, Electrical Wholesalers provides quality services to construction, commercial, industrial and residential sectors.  Through a grant by the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund, the building will be housing a Solar Power Electricity System, becoming Danbury’s first solar green building and part of the largest solar installation to date in the northeast.  Syd Gordon of Angel Commercial, LLC represented Electrical Wholesalers in the transaction.
