Zeiss Construction Inc., a commercial contractor specializing in department store construction, recently leased ±2,900 square feet of condominium units at 10 Hancock Street, Stratford, CT, bringing the occupancy rate for the building to one hundred percent.  The units will be used for storage and distribution purposes.
