Bead Industries, a pillar of the business community for the last ninety years, has recently sold the 46,800 square foot building located at 110 Mountain Grove Street, Bridgeport, CT.  The purchaser, Mountain Grove Associates LLC, acquired the building, speculating that the Bridgeport Real Estate Market will continue to rise as planned developments in the area make the West End a more desirable location for tenants.  The agreed-upon sale price was $880,000.00.  Angel Commercial, LLC, represented both parties in the transaction.
