Klein Co. Plumbing and Heating leases the remaining 2,040 SF at 816 Honeyspot, Stratford, making this industrial property 100% occupied. Purchased as an investment property, Bourque was able to secure tenants quickly to help the landlord achieve his investment goals. Bourque represented the landlord in this transaction.

The Grumpy Hog L.L.C. is a mobile BBQ catering business leasing 2,568 SF of industrial space at 118 Albion Street, Bridgeport. Bourque represented the tenant in this lease transaction.

Relocating from Bridgeport, CT, Steel Windows and Doors U.S.A purchased 690 Surf Avenue, Stratford for $150,000 in a short sale. The 3,200 SF industrial building will be renovated to become the company’s new US headquarters as well as a modern showroom for direct sales. Steel Windows and Doors imports high-end doors and windows from Europe. Bourque represented both the seller and buyer in this short sale transaction.

Fairfield Board Company L.L.C. is leasing 1,300 SF of office and retail space at 1700 Post Road, Heritage Square, Fairfield, selling boards, paddles, and skateboards as well as clothing and accessories. In addition to the retail, Fairfield Board Company is working with the town of Fairfield to run camps and give lessons, as well as offering stand-up paddle yoga classes. Bourque represented the tenant in the negotiations.
