Big East Equipment Company has recently purchased a 12,000 square foot industrial/commercial building on 2.75 acres of land located at 400-444 Sackett Point Road in North Haven, CT.  The building is to be used for construction equipment sales, leasing, and service.  Angel Commercial, LLC, represented the purchaser in this transaction.
