100 Washington Street was built in 2000 as a single-tenant building. Over the years, the building has had multiple tenants until recently when Thinklogical, who originally occupied half of the building, expanded to absorb the entire 49,625 SF. Thinklogical is a privately owned, global manufacturer of secure, high-performance signal extension and switching systems and is headquartered at this Milford address.

Jon Angel represented both the seller, KC Cubed LLC, and the purchaser in this transaction.
